The customer service team leader is responsible for the customer service teams. He supervises activities and provides excellent service. He follows up with customers and acts as a link between the team and management. He ensures that PAUS protocols and standards are respected and performs certain administrative tasks.

Customer service:

• Perform reception duties in an exemplary manner
• Be receptive to customer’s questions or concerns and ensure their satisfaction in a professional and courteous manner

Human resources management:

• Participate in planning resource requirements
