In practical terms, this certification process has more than 135 evaluation points and control and diagnostic visits. These, concerning the professionalism of the personnel, the customer service, the quality of the water, the rigor of the care and services provided as well as the safety of the facilities. In addition to performing a meticulous evaluation inspection and coordinating several mystery shopper visits, the evaluation team also analyzed several protocols that were put in place to display this recognition that we hold dear.
