We are currently in a covid-19 red zone. What it means for us is that our thermal experience and all our cares are temporarily closed. However, all our massage treatments are available (60, 90 or 120 minutes), respecting health standards. From temperature check to the disinfection of our care rooms between every clients, your safe relaxation is our priority.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITUATION ARISING FROM THE PANDEMIC

We take the current situation seriously and make sure to meet all government and industry requirements.
So we have a symptom verification protocol for both our staff and our customers.
Taking body temperature, assessing symptoms, washing hands before and after treatment, wearing the required protective equipment at all times, physical distancing, cleaning of facilities and minimization of items that come into contact with customers, are some of the elements of the new health protocols put in place.
We ask all of our customers not to come if they have symptoms related to COVID-19.
PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE 1 OF THESE SYMPTOMS
- New or worsening cough.
- Fever (temperature 38 C ° and above, by mouth).
- Difficulty breathing.
- Sudden loss of smell without nasal congestion, with or without loss of taste.
OR 2 SYMPTOMS OF THESE
- A general symptom (muscle pain, headache, severe fatigue or significant loss of appetite).
- Sore throat.
Moreover, for reasons related to exceptional sanitary requirements, we will no longer offer drinks at the end of a treatment and the drinkers must be closed.
Wearing a mask is mandatory.
All promotional gift certificates, coupons or other vouchers with an expiry date that were issued before August 6, 2020 will be extended by 5 months.
Subscriptions remain suspended, unless the subscriber wishes to avail himself of his benefits. In this case, the subscription will resume for the remaining period provided from the time of the subscriber’s visit.
